Harra: Also known as Terminalia chebula, it strengthens gums and prevents oral infections.

Using K.P. Namboodiri's Ayurvedic Tooth Powder is straightforward. 

Wet your toothbrush. Dip the wet brush lightly into the tooth powder or sprinkle a pinch onto the brush. Brush your teeth thoroughly for two minutes, ensuring to reach all surfaces of the teeth and gums. Rinse your mouth well with water. 

It is recommended to brush at least twice a day or as directed by a dentist or physician.
